Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 10/16/2026
This policy covers moving to a different date and getting your money back for classes booked with Guardienne Solutions.
Moving to a different date
You can move to a different date yourself, from your registration confirmation or your account, as long as you do it at least 14 days before the class starts.
A registration can be moved once. If you need to move it again, contact us and we will do what we can.
Inside 14 days of the class, seats are usually committed and dates are hard to fill, so a change at that point is at our discretion — contact us as early as you can and we will try to help.
Cancelling and refunds
- Partial refunds (50%) will be granted if cancelled at least 14 days prior to start of class
- We understand emergencies occur, in which case, contact us as soon as it is safe to do so to discuss options.
- If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the fee is not refunded.
If something serious has happened — illness, a family emergency, etc — contact us. We want to work with you. Communication is key!
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a class, or change its date or location and the new one does not work for you, you choose: transfer to another date, or a full refund. This applies to weather and low enrollment as much as to anything else.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the card or method used to pay, through Stripe. Once we issue it, the money usually appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Any fee shown separately at checkout is refunded with it.
Additional notes from us
Students may reschedule their class up to the notice window above. Reschedules are subject to availability. No-shows and late reschedules may forfeit their tuition.Contact
